Our Story

Hello,

My name is Virginia, a French Italian soul fallen in love with London almost seven years ago. Nacarat is my passion project founded with the aim to provide unique Antique & Vintage treasures sourced around my home countries England, Italy and France.

As an Ex Researcher at Sotheby’s London with several years of experience in gathering Historical Provenance on paintings for the Impressionist, Modern and Contemporary Departments, I have always been fascinated by any object with a story to tell.

Although it might not always be easy to reconvene the exact provenance of Antique and Vintage jewellery, the mere fact that they have been previously loved and cherished by other hands, make them even more special to me.

In the end, as Elizabeth Taylor once said, I like to think that we are all temporary custodians of beauty.
