An elegant and antique Sapphire and Diamond Solitaire mounted on 18k yellow gold and platinum, showcasing a 1.75 carat Natural Corundum Ceylon Sapphire with a beautiful medium cornflower blue hue. The gemstone is framed on each side by two old round cut diamonds estimated at 0.15ct in total, with a G-H colour and VS2-SI1 clarity.
The stones are securely claw set in a platinum mount leading to a plain 18k yellow gold shank. Stamped '18CT' an 'PLAT' on the inside shank with maker's marks.
This beautiful Sapphire and Diamond Ring would certainly make a one-of-a-kind engagement or statement ring, which can be safely enjoyed everyday. The parcel will be accompanied by a Full Jewellery Report issued by E.D.R. Lab in London.
Currently fitting a UK size O, US size 7, the ring can be easily resized to fit your finger. Please get in touch prior to sale to arrange a resizing! NB: bear in mind that resizing the ring could result in a partial loss of the hallmarks.
