An exquisite Antique Gold and Diamond Pendant / Pocket Watch dating back to the early 20th century and handmade in 14 carat polished yellow gold with American marks.

The face embellished with Old Mine Cut Diamonds forming a crescent moon and three clovers, for an estimated total weight of 0.35 carats. The 14ct gold case opens through the push button to an immaculate watch with champagne dial. The watch is fully functioning.
